Event Location
We’re based at Newcastle Quays Retail Park, Coble Dene, North Shields, NE29 6DW — just a short drive from the Tyne Tunnel and Royal Quays.

Look out for the flashing lights, the eerie soundtrack, and the poor souls who didn’t make it out with clean cars… 👀🚗💀
Can I bring children?
That's totally up to you! You know your children best. The event contains live actors, flashing lights, loud noises, and a fair share of terror. Use your judgement (and bravery).
What if I want to stop?
​If you’ve had enough, switch on your hazard warning lights. The team will safely end the experience and guide you out. (Fun fact: last year a record number of people did this. Don’t be a baby.)
Do I need to arrive early?
​No – just arrive at the time slot on your ticket. Turning up early only gives the clowns more time to warm up their laughs.
Will my car actually be washed?
Nope. It’s for entertainment purposes only. Your car will leave exactly as dirty as it came in – you, however, may not leave quite the same.
Is it accessible?
Yes – it’s a drive-through attraction, so everyone remains in their own vehicle. Just make sure your car is roadworthy.
Do I have to get out of my car?
No – in fact, you must stay inside your vehicle at all times. It’s safer for you… and for the clowns.
What happens if it rains?
We’re a car wash – the wetter, the better. The event runs whatever the weather.
Can I film inside the wash?
Yes please do! We love you adding them to social media.
